Possum Trot hosted the Burning Springs 1st Grade class Field Trip on May 14th- and a good time was had by all! They enjoyed their lunch at the Wigwam, a nice walk with either Mike or Pastor Ken, time in the garden planting corn and learning how to grow with Mrs.Carolyn Robinson, visiting the animals and riding Fred. A big Thank You to all who participated or helped- you blessed all of us!
Pastor Ken brought a Youth Group to PTCC in May. We hosted 13 children from ages 6-12. We ate sandwhiches at the wigwam, sat around the fire for a Bible devotional be Pastor Ken, then drove down to the workshop area to visit the animals and have a ride on Fred, of course. They were all very sweet and some got to hold a chicken or a baby chick! They were amazed at the green eggs that one of our chickens lays.
We plan on many more field trips and youth group meetings!
Our new adventures will be hosting the 2015 County-Wide VBS on July 6-9- we are so excited!
We are also hosting week- long Day Camps through Big Creek June 15th through July 2nd.
